BFV Crashes Before Opening - crashes immediately
BFV Crash to Desktop without opening.
This happened since the Feb 13 '19 update and I have not been able to get it to work since.
I have tried pretty much every single thing on the forums, from uninstalling, reinstalling, moving to another drive, moving back, repairing the game, updating GPU drivers, removing the GPU drivers, adjusting the virtual memory settings, uninstalling in safe mode, removing all overclocks on CPU and GPU, and probably more things I can't remember.
When I try to run the game, I get this in my event viewer:

I even raised a ticket with EA which was instant-closed and advised to contact forums.
I'm pretty disappointed that I paid for a membership to play this and have hardly any logged hours - and I'm a vet since the very first Battlefield - the first time that this has happened and that I have not been able to fix.
If anyone has had this issue where BFV will not open at all, and know how to fix it, please let me know:
My setup:
i7 8700K with mild OC
NVidia GTX 1080Ti
16GB 3200Mhz Corsair Vengeance RAM
NVMe M.2 Samsung 512GB
Samsung EVO 960 1TB
Everything else runs fine - just BFV!

Here's a few steps you can try, if you haven't already:
1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in Origin, and any other Overlays you might be using such as Discord, Nvidia GeForce Experience, etc.
2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
3. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. Create a new Temporary Windows User Account, and see if the game Launches under that Account
6. Run Origin and Battlefield V as Administrator
