    @EA_Atic I contacted AMD and they told me to install driver 19.12.1. It seems that it solved my problem because I've been playing since yesterday (5:00 pm GMT) and the issue never happened again. Thank you for your help anyway!

@Pedminacar Not that I'm aware of at this time. Can be worth asking the AMD community if the know of one.
