Missing Weapon Mastery Assignments

Also if someone has a way to prevent this from happening again please tell me. And if you have fixed this issue yourself or have had help before please tell me the process you did to fix it.

If the assignments aren't in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you will need to persevere with trying to contact EA Help. Unfortunately, they're the only people who can provide missing in-game items.

Do I just have to keep contacting live support until someone can give my account the items? I've gotten it done before with class assignments but I also have employees saying they can't 

I am missing a weapon mastery assignment for the M2 Carbine and I keep having trouble with support. I had an issue like this previously with class assignments and the live chat support was able to manually add them to my account. However after contacting support about this issue they keep saying they can't add the assingment to my account. At the end of the chat they say that they will reach out to their team and report the issue and get it fixed, is this actually true? Since I'm pretty sure BFV lost support entirely. Someone please help me out. I know it is possible for them to add things to my account. 

UPDATE: after talking to support again I found an agent who can add things to my account, HOWEVER, It appears that the dev tools they use are a bit limited. Some weapon assignments they are able to add while others they cant. I am pretty sure that weapons added in the later pacific updates are not available in their dev tools so it seems I am out of luck. If anyone has any way to troubleshoot this please let me know asap. For now I will keep re-installing the game. I would still like to know that of they say they are reporting the issue will that actually get anywhere?

EA Help will be sending feedback to the studio, but it may not lead to a resolution, unfortunately 

Is there any likelihood of the studio fixing the issue? And do you have any ideas for troubleshooting?

Also while with support one of the agents added the wrong mastery assignments to my account, so now I have duplicate mastery assignments for my classes and a mastery for the M4A1 which I haven't even gotten close to level 10, what should I do about those? I feel like earning them again or getting my M4A1 to level 10 may screw things up for me acocunt. Is it safe to just do them? Or is there a way to get them removed?
