When the crashing happen do you get an error message and have you notice if its in the same place that the crash is happening?
And have you done any troubleshooting to see if there anything that is helping?

No error message.
No correlating events leading up to the crash-- happens whenever and wherever.
What troubleshooting can I do? It's a brand new xbox and a digital copy of the game....
Community AdminI play on Xbox One too and when it crashes to the home screen that could be a caching issue. A simple power cycle usually does the trick and you should notice an immediate performance boost. Let us know if you're still getting the crashes after trying those steps.

However, it opens some new questions...
I have other games, physical and downloaded, and have never had this issue with any of them. Before BFV, I've never had to turn my xbox off to resolve a crashing issue:
- Is this a problem with BFV's optimization?
- Is this something that is going to be fixed, or am I going to have to fully power down my xbox every few hours to combat this?
- is this a known issue, or am I alone on this? (I didn't see any other instances when I checked prior to posting, but maybe you have seen something?)
