BFV Multiplayer not working on Game Pass

I have gamepass and ea play on my Xbox one, so I can download Battlefield 5 for free. I can play the campaign without issue, but when I go to play multiplayer, a message pops up saying, “This content...

    Hi @XD-DAWG11 If you contact Xbox Live support, they should be able to remove the trial status.

I cant access the multiplayer game as well but I bought the game. But fore me it says that I need to go to ea.com unable to connect but it still doesn’t work.
