@c69f24effef34f34They have yet to reply to my tweet to EA Help. EA Help usually replies pretty quickly. I've even received direct emails making sure I'm happy with the support. Still, nothing. Speaks volumes about the dedication - or lack thereof - towards their games. BF5 is not that old. It's literally the one before BF2042. It's ridiculous. I've already decided to stop buying COD games for much the same reasons. I uninstalled the latest COD, MW2 (2022).

@BernardoMenez What's really screwed up, is that I reinstalled BF5 because I was tired of BF2042 and wanted to play a game I knew I liked. Suddenly, BF5 servers start failing.
I think the biggest problem is that these games are developed by companies that have lots of stockholders. So, to satisfy them they put out games while they're still in an unstable condition just to satisfy the stockholders. The stockholders want their quarterly returns to grow.
If they expect the BF series to survive, they're going to have to take more time to test the game longer. Have longer beta periods. Let people play during the alpha and beta periods. Sure, there will always be bugs here and there. But, they need to release the games in a more stable state then they have been. It makes them look like amateurs when they release crap.- 3 years ago@killCAMPERS I totally agree with you. They could have made for example, a hub called "Battlefield" and integrate all the battlefields of the series. At the level of servers to have for example also a lot of servers growing or not for the number of players who have installed the famous hub. Anyway, as you said, as long as there are shareholders, the community will be completely ignored and then they will come and suck us dry to try to get money. For me, EA games, like Ubisoft and Blizzard, have been over for years. These companies are dead, they only survive with 12 year olds playing on mobile.
