Can you upgrade BFV to the year 2 edition without re-buying the whole game?

None of the weapons from chapters 1-4 are in my classes though? Are they hidden somewhere?
If you have not play since the start of game some weapon are not available, others are in you company and you do buy them with cc.
So you cant upgrade to year 2 edition without rebuying the game. If you already have the game and want all the gear unlocked, you have to buy credits, otherwise you buy a new game.
