BFV via PS Plus can’t be downloaded, stuck with trial version

Awhile back I installed the trial version of BFV but unfortunately i cannot download the playstation plus version at all. When i try to download via the ps5 store it says i already own it. When i ins...

@CodingMonster I was able to play bfv from contacting ps support. All they did was removed the trial version and was able to download bfv from ps plus

        To update i was able to contact the live support for playstation and they removed the license from the trial version and i was able to download the game

        Also note the phone support cannot do this, only the live chat support so make sure to use that instead to get this resolved

        My problem is this has been an issue since BFV was added to Game Pass and its still not resolved
