BFV via PS Plus can’t be downloaded, stuck with trial version

I'm on Ps4 and I just got Battlefield 5, but it won't let me play multiplayer because it says I'm still using the trial version...any ideas??

    Thanks!  I tried to delete it myself but couldn't...And of course the Ps chat support is down now -.-
