Awhile back I installed the trial version of BFV but unfortunately i cannot download the playstation plus version at all. When i try to download via the ps5 store it says i already own it. When i install the version i supposedly have, it will not let me access the multiplayer at all, saying i’m a trial playeri just wanna play the game i shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to access a game I pay for via PS plus

So I got the trial version of battlefield 5 on my PlayStation and now that it is on PS plus I can’t get it and I’m locked into the trial version. I have tried to delete the game but that didn’t work.

@EA_BarryI can’t uninstall something i never installed in the first place, its been uninstalled for monthsThis has been a known issue since BFV came to Game Pass and y’all still haven’t fixed it

@NomadicPower Apparently some have the problem, with some it helps to delete the trial version if it does not work report it to the PS Suport and ask to have the trial version deleted.https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/

Same I went to download it and it said I already owned it (which I don’t) I only own the beta and trial versions so I downloaded the trial thinking it would unlock the multiplayer but it didn’t it says I have to buy the definitive edition for $60

Dont waste your time with EA support, not sure if they can fix it, go to psn support. They fixed mine right away.

i uninstalled it and then contacted playstation support and they fixed it within like 5 minutes

Olá estava com o mesmo problema entrei em contato com o suporte do PlayStation e eles removeram o game da minha conta, daí sim eu consegui resgatar da PS PLUS

I got it to work by restoring my license, but I had to do it a few times.😀
