- @CodingMonster I was able to play bfv from contacting ps support. All they did was removed the trial version and was able to download bfv from ps plus

To update i was able to contact the live support for playstation and they removed the license from the trial version and i was able to download the game
Also note the phone support cannot do this, only the live chat support so make sure to use that instead to get this resolved
My problem is this has been an issue since BFV was added to Game Pass and its still not resolved

I'm on Ps4 and I just got Battlefield 5, but it won't let me play multiplayer because it says I'm still using the trial version...any ideas??
- x--Fusi--x5 years agoSeasoned Ace@NomadicPower Apparently some have the problem, with some it helps to delete the trial version if it does not work report it to the PS Suport and ask to have the trial version deleted.

Hello, A couple of months ago (might even be a year) I bought the trial version of BFV on the PS store, ended up completing all the campaign so I deleted it for space. Recently I got it for free with Playstation Plus. However upon reinstalling the game, it still says I am a trial player. Anyone know how to fix this?
( I still have playstation plus, I don’t have EA play)
