Blacked out Weapons and Soldiers

I only see the surroundings of Weapons and Soldiers. I cleared the cache and unistalled the game. Nothing helped.How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sorry no idear.What happens when the bug occurs? I cant see skins and the Weapons.What should be happening instead? Hey there&nbsp;@hemmihemmii.&nbsp;I'm afraid I wasn't able to see the screenshot that you tried sending us. The file might have been too large to attach, unfortunately.&nbsp;Does it look like there is just no light source in the armory, or are you able to see the backgrounds without the actual models for the weapons and skins? Are you running the game in Dx12 or Dx11?&nbsp;

Same thing, same gpu,same ram same everything

I got a solution, rx vega 64 may not support directx12 so disable it, it will load the agme much faster and fix the problem
