[BLOCKER] HUD/UI disappears when accessing Assignments while waiting to spawn

Summarize your bug When waiting to spawn/respawn, if the player goes to the Menu (ESC) and presses the button Assignments, the UI/HUD disappears, rendering the player unable to spawn. Expected result: That HUD/UI doesn't disappear when the player is trying to access assignments.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a match/die in a match Get to spawn/respawn UI/HUD Wait for spawn countdown to start Press ESC to access menu Press Assignment button Observe
What happens when the bug occurs? UI/HUD disappears so the player can't access menu nor any spawn point and can't see any UI, not even loadout.
What should be happening instead? UI/HUD not crashing and the player able to access Assignments menu
This has happened since 9th of November, 100% repro rate
