Hey everyone,
Update on the issue:
EA support can no longer help you with the missing items, for to why ( we are working on a fix) please read below update about the issue:
- Rank 1-19 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game
- Players leave mid round after getting notification of their rank-up. In doing so, they don’t see their rewards in the UI, as it appears they’re still locked
- If you are ranking up between ranks 1-19, items are unlocked upon your next rank up.
- Status: Fix verified and coming in an upcoming server update (no need for client download).
- Workaround: Once the server you were playing on finishes and heads to EoR, the weapon should unlock. If you join another map before EoR on another server, you may have to play until the NEXT rank to unlock the item. So for example, if you unlock the MP40 at rank 4, you would have to play to rank 5, then the backend system updates you unlock.
- Rank 20 Unlocks - No access to unlocked weapon after ranking up and leaving mid-game
- Players leave round mid-game to use their new shiny awesome rank 20 weapon. However, because they left mid round, it’s locked. Because there’s no rank 21, the backend can’t check on the next rank.
- Status: Fix verified and coming in an upcoming server update (no need for client download).
Update regarding the rank 20 item issue:
We have pushed a fix to address the issue with Rank 20 rewards. If you are missing your rewards for Class Rank 20, please play a match to completion and the Rewards should drop into your Armory.

contacted support and they couldn't fix it, they told me to just wait for the server to sync up and just keep playing the game.
So i'll do that and hope it works. Any adittional help would be great.

They just said that they`re going to send the information to the developers, so they can fix it for the next patch.
Didnt get fixed.Support was able to give me my gun but not the level 20 assignment for the cosmetic items. Please continue looking into fixing this issue!
For anyone having the issue of locked weapon. Try just jumping in and out of servers. Just join and quit a couple times. Mine was still locked in game but when i quitted this time it unlocked🙂
Support told me to delete the Origin cache folder in Appdata and restart my PC. Didn't work ;/

How long did you wait for support to do this? I've heard nothing from them. MG42 still locked at Lev 20 support.
- I was on for maybe 15min? did a chat with them and he was able to unlock it on EA's side? showed up while still in chat with the guy.

Hello, 3 days and support not even answer me. Thompson still locked. Please help. #44543687 just closed without answer.
I got a support rep that gave me my Thomson and the assignment, so I guess its just luck if you get one who can help you or not
Hey i gained rank 13 but stg 44 wont unlock i tryed support twice they just said get to rank 20 assualt but id rather use the stg at rank 13 to help me get to rank 20
The gun should unlock when you get level 14. Just dont quit midround thats what causes this bug

- How do i get in contact with support? EA web page is awful, can you post a lnk? i just keep finding how to make cases and stuff, cant find a way to talk to someone
Contacted the support 6 times, still no assignments.
- been in contact with them 3 times each time they say its out of their hands and tells me to continue playing the game been doing that for 2 days now and its still not unlocking ^^

Which is really frustrating since other users are reporting success and @EA_Unityand @EA_Atic said they could resolve the issue. I even made multiple reps come and read this thread.
This is still happening, reached rank 20 support 3 days ago and MG 42 is still locked. Contacted support, no reply or fix just yet, not even with today's patch

i just phoned the customer support he said at least in my case it should unlock in 24 hours but hey better late than never
betafield strikes again they shuld have delayed the game by another month atleast with all the bugs 😞
