I don't get it. I just got off of my fifth support chat, elevated to a supervisor, and he told me that it's IMPOSSIBLE for them to add content. This is after one of the other reps already added the WRONG ASSIGNMENT. So, they clearly can, and he gives me this:
"Since you are requesting for something that I have already informed you is not possible from our end, I am forced to close this chat session. Please feel free to contact us again should you require any assistance. Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts support. Have a nice day."
And abruptly ends the chat. Can you guys establish better communication with different support teams? Because it sucks.
I already spent too much time on this. I feel like this should be documented in the progression tree.
