Battlefield 5. Got to Assault rank 13. Should have unlocked the STG44 however it has remained locked. Rank requirement symbol next to rifle is gone however the lock symbol remains. Played an entire day just to see if it was delayed, didn't help. Already uninstalled/reinstalled bf5 and origin. Help. Over

This is a Known Issue.
However, there is going to be a Patch tomorrow, that will hopefully address this.

In the meantime, have you tried progressing to the next Rank, and seeing if it unlocks for you?

P.S.: I don't speak EnglishI too am having this issue. I think what happened was I hit support rank 20, presumably unlocking the MG42. However, at that stage, I backed out of the match rather than going to completion. Initially, when I went to my armory and saw it still locked, I figured that perhaps the server hadn't reported my score yet, so it would unlock later.
However, here roughly 21 hours later, it still hasn't unlocked. I can't progress farther than rank 20, so it seems like it's never going to unlock. It always just shows me the "This will unlock next round" message.
(Edit: I see the patch notes say the 14th. I didn't realize it was after midnight, so I was whining that the patch didn't fix my issue, but it's still about 10 hours away lol. Will see what happens then!)

Confirmed, had to exit round where I unlocked Gewher 43 not long after getting game, and it never unlocked.
It always lists as 'unlock after next round'. But never does.
I (and many others when scrolling trough forums etc.) have the same issue even now half a year later from your "fix". How can company as big as this have a problem of this magnitude. Weapons, soldier specializations, cosmetics, vehicles, customization unlocks...ALL locked despite being even 5 levels above required unlock level. I just bought the game and i enjoy it but this kind of problem with no answers from devs really make me think about refunding.
