Still having problems with the Rank 20 unlocks. Tried playing a few matches, to completion. No luck. Will have to wait for a patch or update i guess ☹️
Played several rounds and Rank 16-19 are still locked
Rank 20 Special Assignment also still locked
Unbelievable that we must hope and pray and spend hours gambling on the low chance that the EA Support agent we talk to has any clue what's going on

FINALLY after playing another round everything magically appeared
I played a few games after and still my STG hasn't unlocked. This whole thing could have been avoided if players could just access the item they unlocked instantly.
