Summarize your bug Weapons won’t unlock when you reach level 20. Happened with ALL classes. The recon doesn’t wanna fix it self so I can use the kar98k. It says available next round. Well it’s been over a dozen rounds and it won’t open!!!!!!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk. Play until you get to level 20 for whatever class and leave the match. And you will see.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t use weapons that I reached the rank for. Like the mg42. Kar98k. Thompson. Gewerh 1-5. All level 20 weapons will not unlock.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use my dang guns.

Summarize your bug I always wanted to get stg 44 since i bought this game but when i reach assault lvl 13 stg 44 won't unlock same with the previous weapon and when i tried to switch weapon in mid game it always said available next round

@AlexiosACO@EA_Aticthis is happening to me as well and it is very frustrating. Im still stuck with all starting weapons and im level 11 and above rank 5 on all classes. I have reinstalled and repaired the game files and I am still having the issue. It seems that it needs an update from the game to fix the level up files and unlock issue because its obviously not client side. Please help and thank you for your time.

Always nice to see the "You've unlocked all these weapons and gadgets!" list on the class progression screen but to be unable to use literally any of it.
Apparently this issue has been on all platforms since launch, so that's reassuring.i’m on xboxone and just downloaded the game, i’m assault level 5 and when i go to “replace weapon” none of the guns are unlocked. in game i can not choose them and it say “wait til next round” so i’m stuck with the default weapons. it happens with primary weapons, side arms, melee, the grenades and gadgets. also sights and visuals of my weapons. i do enjoy this game and want to play it more but there’s not much fun playing with the same things over and over again with nothing new to get
I'm having the same problem on PS4, I've literally had to grind out CC to buy a couple weapons just so I can play with something new. I don't understand why the unlocks aren't working with progression.
I'm also having this problem, and when googling it seems to have been a known issue for more then six months, how is this not fixed.
i got this game before this weekend, my first few levels were fine, gadgets unlocked, weapons unlocked progression was normal,
then somehow i realized that i wasnt getting my weapons (medic class lvl 13) all i had was the sten (should have had mp40, mp28....)
i even noticed that i wasnt recieving company coins from matches, when i go to armory, it says no shipments, when i go to the class progression
it shows that ive unlocked them all, even gives me the "x" prompt to equip, but nothing. reserching this issue it looks like this has been going on for far too
long, hopefully they fix this because i love this game series but this issue is really killing the experience for me

Summarize your bug I can't unlock equipment or weapons. Now level 6 support and still haven't unlocked any weapons or equipment

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just play the game quit half way through after unlocking a weapon or equipment. Or just play the whole round...bug happens either way
What happens when the bug occurs? Says equipment and weapons will unlock next round...doesn't unlock

Tried most of the fixes and they don't work. Bug is game breaking and frustrating as I would like to be able to unlock new equipment and weapons. Noticed this bug has been happening since November 2018, It is frustrating that it's now June 2019 and the bug is still in the game
The 2 bugs are totally different. The one known from november is that you can't get your unlock in the next round, only in the 1 next after it, or restarting the game. They solved it by adding the message "available in next round"...
The current one is a temporary server side "crash" happened unfortunately on weekend without any changes made by them before. As you can see your weapon/class rank progress, I'm pretty sure they can fix it in a few days recursively...
As a software developer, I see the issue from the sympthoms as a database related small design mistake, which can be fixed on the server without releasing any patch very easily.
In the other hand, there could be someone at least from the community manager team working on weekend to chill the nerves in this unexpected scenarios too. The whole community is in flames already...

Summarize your bug I have not received a single rank-based reward since I started playing multiplayer. I get no CC from leveling up, I am completely unable to unlock any weapon that requires a class rank, and I cannot unlock any of the class gadgets. I can earn skins and CC through assignments, but if it requires a rank I will not get anything.

This is happening all over Im on PS4 and this is the first time in a long time I've been able to game I thought this game was good to go turns out its still broken, Im honestly disgusted by the way the game functions, the game play is ok, I just got the boys at rifle that wasn't loading in the menus so I had no ability to unlock it until the game crashed then it could magically load the gun up and I could buy it, nothing is unlocking as I progress on all my company
I loved battlefield bad company and Battle field 4 (BTW why can't EA count? it was battlefield 4 then BF1 based in WW2, then BF5 based in WW1) all out of order and nothing makes sense just like the menus and unlocks soo disappointed and disgusted
I feel as if this is a beta or that these recent Battlefield are just to ambitious its soo clunky these issue should not exist.
I'm also on PC and have this problem. Can't unlock any class rank up rewards or any weapon rank up rewards. Been using Medic and I'm like level 7 (or higher, can't remember) and haven't unlocked a single thing except the gun I actually bought with the money.

Summarize your bug I am level 8 recon and I haven't unlocked anything past level 5, this also happened to my level 7 medic and I haven't unlocked the mp 28.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In my weapon menu to replace weapons, It keeps saying that the weapon will be replaced next round or that I have to level up to said level even though on my recon class I am 2 levels higher than the unlock.

I've seen this bug being talked about in several games but just today I experienced it. This is very frustrating because I've been playing battlefield for the past 10 years and I have never had anything like this happen. I looked to see if there was a fix but the last time it was addressed by EA, to my knowledge, was November.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

No assignments, no camo, no weapons, no gadgets nothing.Guys check again I had the same thing all weekend now I logged in and everything I'm supposed to have unlocked and my profile updated
