BSOD / kmode exception not handled > eaanticheat.sys

Hi,:

for the last couple of months, when i try to launch BF5, after the initial splash screen, my PC goes BSOD with the message : K MODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED / eaanticheat.sys

i am running on windows 11

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, the game itself, windows factory reset, eaanticheat repair, repair game from ea app, etc etc. all my drivers are up to date. help!
