(Bug) Black screen with ingame sounds

Summarize your bug I was playing fine with my squad finished the game & when the next game started all i saw was black screen & ingame sound ( happen to me twice this past 3 days )
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing and finishing a game with random squad then staring the new game with same random squad
What happens when the bug occurs? Seeing a black screen with ingame sounds
What should be happening instead? show me the deploy screen & game

    I had they same problem multiple times. It works for me to kill myself with a grenade. Then you wil get instant your screenback. Of you cant kill yourself you need to restart the game (again) this is not the only bug where you have to reset the game. I am on ps4 pro

    ps4 also... sussed out that if you press option button.. assignments show but no menu (menu invisable).. press down twice and enter (X) and loads back on

    i know the above works for ps4... dont know anything about pc,but still might work similar rather than shutting down and restarting... if you can get on your invisible menu
