[BUG] Not receiving company coins after levelling up

I've opened a service ticket about this issue (#109243891). The total missing company coins has already added up to 5,000~6,000. And I'd suspect the situation won't get any better. This would not be a big issue if I've already leveled up all the things I needed. But I've recently moved from PC to PS so this is a fresh start, kinda frustrating. The reply I got is to post here so it can be further elevated. 

The reply was (from the follow-up #109317561)

"Thank you for contacting EA help. My name is Sanjeev and I would assist you with your issue today.

I hope you are doing well. Having reviewed your email, I came to know that you are facing issue with Company coins. You do not need to worry, I'll surely do my best to help you with it.

I would like to inform you that presently we don't have option with us to add the coins from here. If you are facing issue with the coins then we both can do one thing. I would request you to please report it as a bug on our forums and I'll report this to our team from here. If there would be any issue then it will be cleared out.

Thank you for contacting EA help"

So here I am. 

  • @ErinAdreno This is a well known bug so I'm a bit surprised that the Game Advisor wasn't able to help you. There are a few things you can try though:

    - Try power cycling your equipment (full shutdown of console/PC, unplugged for ~2 minutes, restart your router).
    - Some items appear in your Armory, please check it out.
    - Play another full match and/or earn another player rank. Remember that you will need to wait for the next round to begin before leaving the match.
    - Completing a round of Combined Arms has been known to work, give it a try.

    Also, if you purchased the Definitive Edition, then you won't earn CC until after rank 20. You'll have to get it in other ways and be careful with what you're spending it on in the meantime.

    Ah I guess this is the main culprit. I forgot BFV doesn't have season pass and thought this one was the premium dlc. Pretty annoying but should be a good chance to diversify my gameplay
