BUG [PC]: Spawning with the screen blurry and unable to do anything...

 I have recreated this many times. 

1) When at the map screen waiting for the round to start, when pressing ESC then choosing Assignments or clicking on customize for your soldier, and the timer finishes the countdown, the UI will go away save for the blurry background and the chat window. You cannot choose any spawn point, of which you cannot even see the map. Hitting enter does nothing but give the option to type in chat, you can see your weapon out front as if you are in game, however you cannot move or do anything other than type in chat.

2) While dead, pressed ESC to look at assignments while wound countdown happened on my fallen soldier as soon as the countdown finished and it moved to dead screen, the UI went away and again everything is blurry just like the background while choosing options after hitting ESC, though this time the view was following one of my squad mates that were alive. The only personal UI I could see is the chat window, and could not do any functions, i.e. spawn, bring up a menu, ect.

 In both instances I had to completely close the game by ALT+TABing out and choosing close window on the BFV icon.

 I have had this scenario happen several times and recreated it on purpose several more times today.
