Trial Glitch Error *Multiplayer Unavailable*

I’ve read for 6 years now that people have had issues with this, and now I am as well. I have recently download the game on game pass as of January 1st, 2026, and as of today cannot play multiplayer AT ALL. I’ve tried every thing I.E. force restart Xbox, toggle on off Xbox as main home, WiFi on and off at Home Screen, re-install the game, nothing works, and it still says “you only have a trial version of this game and cannot play multiplayer”. I’ve seen people even with the disc can’t play the game. I’d really like to play battlefield 5 and after talking to 4 agents on EA live chat, they can’t even figure it out and have lead me here. If we can help patch this so I can play, and help others play. It would be greatly appreciated. This game shouldn’t be on game pass, or available for sale, if people can’t play. It’s really a bummer and it’s the one in the series I want to play most at the moment as I do not have a new gen console to play battlefield 6. Thank you, greyXeyes.
