Bugs BF5 and Chat

Hi there, i have a very anoing problem in BF5.... my turret from all vehicles...does not turn around ....when i try a few times it turns around....but lateron its the same problem ....also when i  fly with plane with 8 rockets...it happens that i can shoot only 1 rocket.....instead of 8.    That happens to much....this are a few bugs..there are much more...but for me when i fly of use vehickel its very anoing...and i cant win the fight this way.  Als for a few weeks i cant chat anymore....EA does not do anything...they say they support all games...but they dont do a **bleep**.
