Bugs: binoculars/no weapons use

After switching to binoculars and back it doesn’t go back to the weapon you were using it goes to a default weapon. Why is this still like this on a finished game. Seems playtesters would have caught that. And the big where you suddenly can’t use weapons. So you just have to die or reload the game. Those are major league unplayable bugs to me. Looks like a lot of people are complaining about the latter too. Anyone else have a problem with the binoculars/default weapon ready? I’ve left the binoculars and fired the wrong (unsuppressed) weapon and given myself away twice now. So frustrating!
