    yo I took a photo where he is standing  he has already been built destroy it
      to the bottom as on photo  and rebuilt  it that worked for me 😃 good lucke

Me and squad spent an entire game building and destroying that damn snowman, none of us could get achievement. We were on PC. Snowman is broken.
