Summarize your bug Reward not received due to letter quest glitch.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There are already many postings in the forum. For some people the solution works, but for others it is obvious that it is not.
What happens when the bug occurs? No reward paid.
What should be happening instead? Letters quest restart
I tried the solutions(disabling the cloud and backing up the setting folder), but it doesn't work.
New settings folder, War Story will still progress, and also the letter quest is not active while offline.
