Thank you for that, that would be a perfect response but It’s confusing. I logged in a LONGG time ago with another account which I don’t remember at all. Now i’m using a new account which is the one i’m using to be in EA but the issue is that i can’t change my login on Battlefield. I don’t know how.
There is no log in for Battlefield 5 specifically, it is tied to your EA account which would either be your newest one or your old one. The only way to get into Battlefield would be to reset your EA account password, the same account you used to purchase Battlefield 5.
If it is tied to another account and you don't know the details then you will need to contact an adviser to go through the verification process and allow you to reset the password, but you will need to answer security questions etc.
