You may need to share a small portion of your network settings before we can move foward. Are you wired or wireless? What is your NAT Type? NAT type can be found in Settings > All Settings > Network

I have wireless connection. And my NAT type is open.

@maxxwilliams769 I would test plugged into the net to see if it works as wifi is meh at the best of times. If it works plugged in then you know its a wifi issue and you could reset router...
1- turn off PC / Console
2- Unplug power from modem and router if you have both
3- Leave it unplugged 10 min no less
4- If you have both modem and router then ... After 10 min plug modem back in let it fully boot up. Then plug in router and let it fully boot up.
5- Then turn on PC/ console and see if it helps at all.
