Can’t connect to ea online for battlefield 5 on Xbox one

I got battlefield 5 yesterday, when I tried to play the game for the first time, it wouldn’t let me connect to the ea online servers. This is very disappointing any ideas on how to fix this? We need ...

    The battlefield should be back up for you to jump into. Thanks for hanging with us while we were resolving some unexpected connectivity issues.

@maxxwilliams769 I’ve done and signed up for everything but it still won’t work if you find out please could you tell me how. Also, if I find out than I’ll reply again.

    Servers were temporarily down but should be back up now. Try rebooting your network and console/PC to see if a fresh connection gets you back onto the Battlefield servers.

      Please help.I am trying to connect to bf5 multiplayer for days.I tried everything and it still not connecting
