Community ManagerWere you able to set up a case? If so, do you have a case number that I could take a look at?

I've tried to make one but it won't make that case every time then deletes it what I've written

When you've got a chance can you try clearing out your browser cache to see if that helps at all? I'm wondering if there might be something in the cached data that's causing some issues with the EA Help site.
