Can’t play multiplayer on Battlefield 5. Help??

I downloaded Battlefield 5 via gamepass, however it does not allow me to play multiplayer, even with a teen account. It is asking me to BUY the game to play multiplayer, however I know it is possible to play it without doing so, as my friend did it. Any help??

Hi @StarwarsNERD904 Sorry to hear about this. From what I gather you need and adult or teen account, so I don't think that's the problem. What platform do you play on and is BFV or Gamepass shared?

I downloaded it from gamepass. And I play on an Xbox 1X I think.
