Can i get a help for my issue i waited for 4 days it to get fixed.
i maked my support class 20 lvl but i didnt get the assaigment for it and i maked cases waited 4 days for it but i didnt get answer back from ea and i cant use live chat its not showing there is only email us

If you're missing the level 20 assignment, then I'm afraid live support will have to add it for you:

If you're getting nowhere with email, try reaching out via chat. If you select your product and platform, selecting "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account" gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently.
