Can not play game

After the new update my game will not load past the preliminary menu to get you into the game, i play on Xbox 1 and tried all trouble shooting tips and nothing works at all. I wanted tobunlocknthe BAR but i havent been able to even get into the game to see if i can unlock it. The last patch looked very strange when it asked to be updated. I talked to EA and they said my game disk is faulty to try it in another xbox but I played it fine before this update. I attached a picture if the notes fir the last update
