Cannot install any game in Chinese or Japanese

When I install any game, I cannot choose Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and Japanese

    @MH-Shadow 

    This is likely a region based issue. The available languages are determined by the region you are in so it is possible those languages will not be available to you.
