Cannot Launch Game
Hello. I am having a really bad issue with Origin not launching any BF game at all. This includes game from 3 to V. I am on W10 version 20H2 and have tried literally all forms of troubleshooting to no avail.
I have as follows:
- Run everything under as Admin as well as not.
- Wiped the cache,
- Deleted and clean booted Origin registry files
- Reinstalled on different drives
3 loads Battlelog, but then doesn’t boot the campaign.
4 says it needs to repair right after a fresh install every time.
V does not even provide me an error message when I press play
- Origin overlay, cloud saving, firewall, and any other startup apps have all been disabled
- All drivers are on their latest versions
- I have tried installing the Origin thin setup and reinstalling with the full Origin full 236mb setup
- shown hidden files in the EAinstaller folder in C:\Program folders
- unchecked run as admin
- tried to repair each game
- turn off and uninstall any VPN for DRM purposes, used CC cleaner and IObit Unistaller to clean the registry.
The only thing I CAN tell which is strange is that when the games are installed, they do not create a specified folder in the My Documents folder for saved games or profile settings. I at one point had BF 1 installed and I noticed that origin never installed there at all.
Titanfall 2 and 1 work fine.
