My progress was reset as well. Contacted EA on this via an e-mail just now. It happened in BF1 as well. Sit tight and wait, it'll (hopefully) be fixed in a few hours.
my progress is still all there, i just cant play the game at all, once i load into the game and get ready to spawn everything is blank and clicking "deploy" does nothing

- im not reinstalling the game again, dice should fix it, then compensate those who have paid extra to play early and are missing days of play because they release broken games haha.

Logged back into Origin, I did not have to reinstall bfv, and everything seems back to normal with ability to select servers etc.
