Summarize your bug 3 hrs play without issue, SP and MP. Suddenly, no assignments to view, customised soldiers/weapons wiped, no stats to view, and most importantly cannot deploy in MP as per screenshots. No icons for assault/med/support/sniper to allow deploy into any server.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my screenshots?
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. I can no longer play MP, and any company changes are not saved. Update/Repair/quit/restart makes no difference.
What should be happening instead? Able to deploy, retain company changes, view assignments/stats.
Suddenly cannot deploy despite 3hrs gametime without issue. Will try live chat support email to clear origin cache also.
cant help you, but just here to say im having the exact same issue,
hopefully considering more of us have it, a fix may be on the wayhopefully some compensation too, seems we paid extra to play early, and cant play haha
