I had similar problems to this. The 2 things you need to check that may fix this is in Windows make sure your Network is set to Private not Public and that you have ransomware protection controlled folder access in the windows security tab turned off. This is what fixed it for me.

Thank for the suggestion, I just checked both and it is set to private and the randsomware is off currently
