Can't buy Fliegerfaust

This is quite the annoying issue.  I have seen other posts that are similar and I just can not buy the Fliegerfaust.  I have tried claiming all in the Armory.  I have tried un-equipping any other type of  explosive device and nothing works.  I have enough CC to purchase and it just remains greyed out after clicking X to confirm purchase.   Nothing seems to happen no matter what I do.  (This is on a PS4).   I literally have unlocked everything else in the game but this one weapon.    I have tried contacting EA support numerous times as well and they have no answer for me.  

Anybody have anything else I could try?   Thanks

    @aptmx That's how you do it, by moving through them. At this point I think you will need to persevere with EA Help. If you haven't tried power cycling, you could give that a go too.

    Hi @aptmx The Fliegerfaust is a free item so you don't need to buy it with CC. I'd suggest just going through the Armory again and claiming any items there one by one.

    If you can't get it from the Armory, you'll need to go back to EA Help I'm afraid as they're the people to talk to about missing items.

    Hi,

    How do I find it in the Armory?  When I go there, there looks to be hundreds of unclaimed items.  I tried doing claim all but that doe snot seem to do an anything as all the items remain there unclaimed.   How do I find that Fliegerfaust in the Armory specifically?    Thanks

    So I found it in the Armory but I hit claim all and everything has a check mark next to it but it does not do anything.  After doing that, I go back into the Armory and everything in unclaimed again. I do see the Fliegerfaust in there but when I go to it, it does not let me click claim or equip on it even though it does show a check mark on it.   When I go to my Assault class, it is still greyed out. Going back into the Armory, the whole things starts over with all the items being "unclaimed".

    @aptmx You could try not using the clam all button and going through them individually. Power cycling might be worth trying too.

    How do I claim then individually?  I only have a claim all button. When I just move over them, they have a check mark and it just says equip?  I tried just cycling right and going through them all so they get check marks but going back into the armory, it shows them all unclaimed still.
