cant connnect to ea onlive on battle field 5

Question

i had just got some money for Christmas so when i got on my xbox i saw a deal for bf5 it was for 16 dollars. i bought it and installed it that night next day it said it=n the right hand corner " FAILED TO CONNECT TO EA ONLINE" then proceeded to say " online features will be unavailable. I would recommend trying these steps:

You can also try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a reset on your Console.

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
