Cant enter any multiplayer menus

Im an PC player with a good setup that runs Battlefield 5 very well i know that because i can only play singleplayer campaigns but when i try to go into Chapter rewards, Trail by fire, firestorm and ...

    If you clear Origin cloud saves for Battlefield  V and turn it off and then move the battlefield V document folder to the desktop and then start the game up. Does the MP menu load up for you? @Noiceyfox

I'm having the same problem - every menu works except multiplayer. I can click and play firestorm etc. But if I press Multiplayer it crashes out with no errors. Running a brand new PC with an RTX 2080ti and have had and been running BFV since launch without problems previously.
