Cant equip bundles

So, I just bought the "Hide and Seek Collection" bundle, after I bought it, it said, "Sent to Your Company". but after I open "Your Company" in the menu, I can't use Deadeye and Raubvogel Skin s...

    If you go to the armoury is there anything to claim? @Aexav

    Also did you check all factions? Some of the gear is faction limited.

Oh, I didn't know that faction could affect the skin set.
