    Hello everyone, 

    Update on the issue: 

    The issue with delayed statistics and unlocks have now been resolved.

    We had an issue this weekend where the match reports were being processed slower than intended which we fixed but it took some time for the systems to catch up on all the past data.

    Thanks everyone for there reports and patience!

    I have merged all threads in to this thread. 

    Will be accepting this post as a solution for visibility.

Summarize your bug I finished A round of one of the 1-4 player against the bots - I was playing solo and when the summary screen came up I got the following message with no end of round stats or rewards: 'COULD NOT FETCH REPORT Report id used was 844032090796' Apart from this, the game has been running really well wit no other problems and my system is really solid.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess search the report 'COULD NOT FETCH REPORT Report id used was 844032090796'
What happens when the bug occurs? The summary screen didnt come up just this: 'COULD NOT FETCH REPORT Report id used was 844032090796'
What should be happening instead? I should see the end of round rewards and summart animations

    And it just happened again - pic attached to show the problem - second time it happened today

    This time report id was 844938200460

    Does anyone reads these posts? Am I posting about an in-game problem in the right place?

      i get this about 9 out of 10 times i try to play it

      it got this bad after the last patch
      iam starting to think this game is not worth my time

      and no i dont think EA give a * 

      the bug fixes dont work all the time and seem to create more bugs

      the amount of cheating in game is out of control

      i am only doing daily assignments (sometimes ) and the tides of war weekly challenge and that is starting to become less

      will you get a reply i dont know ( dont hold your breath )

        I totally agree with you. i think the last patch has broke combined arms.

        Each time i win i have the could not fetch report message, but if i loose the game i have the regular report.

    Summarize your bug This report is for Outpost mode. There is no option for this in the dropdown menu, above. The message, "Could Not Fetch Your Report (long number)" appears at the end of a match, and achievements, awards, etc. are not displayed. This has happened for the last two games I played. It also happened to everyone else in my squad. I'm calling it "every time", but it started recently.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Outpost. Finish a match.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Could Not Fetch Your Report (long number)
    What should be happening instead? Display points, awards, achievements, etc.

      @Disentropy This started happening to me too on ps4. It started today, incidentally after I also purchased the deluxe upgrade. Happens after every MP round, conquest, outpost specifically. I have not encountered this error before. Please advise. Thank you!

        I'm guessing that this is a server side error.  Possibly something to do with a failed database fetch.  If the developers need more information, we should do what we can to provide it.  Otherwise, we just need to wait for it to be fixed.

      This happened to me too, when I were supposed to receive gadgets for leveling up, I didn’t receive em’. The game said I was in the rank 14 but I still didn’t receive my damn pickaxe. I need help :/

      This is a cross-platform, cross-game mode issue.
      I've had it at-least once everyday I play.

      Something is wrong with how they handle request between servers.
      It's probably a timeout related issue because a good amount of time before you see the error, you'll loading animation.
      I'm guessing it times out and fails to GET the data.

      The weird part is that before the game ends, if you see the scoreboard, that loads fine. 

      So if it's a server issue, 

      The devs should consider caching it client-side or something when there is 0.0001 sec of the game left and pass that data to end of round screen, then run the k/d, etc calculations locally. There is no need to have 64+ requests (each player) for that data from the server. Then when you quit, or join a new game the cache is cleared.

    Summarize your bug After an MP match (I've only played conquest and outpost today), it says "could not fetch my report" followed by a long number that changes. This started today and I've never seen it before. Not sure if this matters, but it did start after I purchased the seluxe edition upgrade on sale today.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. For me its at end round screen.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Says could not fetch report and shows no summary, scoreboard, or progression.
    What should be happening instead? Proper score screen like usual

    What happens when the bug occurs? The stats should be real and not completely wrong.
    What should be happening instead? Old data is displayed forever.

      Hey guys,

      I have the same issue on the PS4. 

      I want to get the achievements but i cant because my stats just stuck.

      I need 9000 points get the trophy jack of all trades but i cant because my statistics just stuck at 91.000 points

      My stats for my weapons, gameplay in the regular game modes, and firestorm haven't updated for 2 days on my Xbox

      @a_headphoneactor Same problem. Ingame-stats shows rank 19, Battlefieldtracker shows rank 27. I suspect this is also the cause of the non functioning weapon unlocks.

    How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game.
    What happens when the bug occurs? No end of round summary is displayed and no awards are calculated.
    What should be happening instead? I should see the end of round summary and my awards, if any.

    The end of round summary fails to show up 80% of the time. My guess is that CC awards are not calculated either and shafting everyone in the game millions of owed CC..

      I've been having this problem as well the past couple days. Thought it would give me my coins later, it did not. Two levels worth of coins wasted. i really love how they decided to timegate upgrades with in game currency. And then its so buggy you sometimes just dont get coins or earn a gun when you level. its gr8 over here at dice

      Having the same problem on the PS4. It Dice fixes one problem and makes 3 new ones.
