Can't figure out what characters hacker is using in name to report.

The rules of the forum prohibit the posting of names (even examples) via text/video (Name & Shame) due to legal reasons such as potential defemation. Even if its completely different, someone with a similar name that's real could get involved (it's just a huge mess overall thats why it is best to not show anything).

You might have gotten the name correct as well, the user could just have stricter security settings than usual.

 
Being a community forum the most users can do is provide you with a couple of links to help sort out your problem.

Sounds like you used this link for an official report - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/ which is great, so your video/screenshot proof should be all they need, just make sure to explain how it could be tricky. Give one or two examples in the box provided and if they need any more info you should get a follow up email 👍
