Can't find the starter pack in Steam BFV

Hi EA, I just bought the BFV again in steam with Definitive Edition, which included the starter pack and premium starter pack, but after I logged in to my EA account, those contents didn't appear to my BFV, like those 3500 + 500 BF coins, How can i fix that thx.
