Unable to matchmake with full access to game

forget matchmaking go to advanced search and select a server specifically, better close with faster ping times. matchmaking is bugged.

Try using the server browser, the quick match option sometimes does not work.
If you're seeing a message that you're a trial player, then you have a trial status set on either your EA or Xbox accounts. You'll need to contact EA Help and potentially Xbox Support for assistance with that, as it's something they'll need to change on your account itself.
