Can't get onto a game in Firestorm

I have not been able to have a single solo game in 2 weeks on Firestorm. I have had some luck with 2 sessions going solo in a squad match. However reports from other players are that they are able to have some Solo games, however I have not been able to have one. I tried two different internet connections - both stable, but no luck.

I have no idea what is going on. Prior to two weeks ago, I could get a match every few minutes. then literally the next day, not a single match and its lasted since April 19th.

In Australia and on PC.

Everyone ive spoken to from Australia have been able to find games. Im redownloading and reinstalling the game now. Tried clean boot and dns flush9ng as per customer supports advice. Next step was to chat to a specialist.

I am experiencing the exact same problem and based in Sydney, Australia.

What is going on ?

Can dice/ea create firestorm servers for oceania that only have 32 players ?

Please give us a solution.

How are we meant to achieve the tide of war accomplishments when we cant play a game of firestorm ?

Hey @Chewie321123  @Dillzio, So you should be able to connect to Firestorm while you wont be having the best ping. What Firestorm mode are you playing and what platform are you on?

I am on PC and try squad, solo and duo modes.

In all cases, it times out in the matchmaking.

I try different times in the day and have no luck.

You have to realise, Australian players peak game time for battlefield V is usually in the evening during the weekdays say between 6pm to 11pm Australian Sydney time.

When I  tried during these periods, it matchmakes a squad of Australian and New Zealand players and then it tries to find a game and times out. So after the timeout, the public squad is disbanded and I try again to join a firestorm game in squad mode. After doing this 3 to 4 times and each time taking up to 9 minutes, there is still no game.

You can imagine my frustration in wasting all that time, waiting to join a firestorm game.

Please help with suggestions on what Australian and New Zealand players are meant to do.

No, we can't connect at all. Sometimes it forms squads, and when you talk to the other players you find out we're all going through the same thing. The Australian server / game matching system is just dead. I always play on Squad mode.
Myself, and other aussie players I know have been playing the game using a VPN to connect to Europe or USA. The ping is pretty bad but it beats spending two hours trying to get matched to a game (no I'm not even exaggerating)
