Can't get past intro on brand new Xbox One and BF5

I have a brand new Xbox one and got BF 5 with it. I started the "install" from the disc and once it got to "ready to play" started it up. It played the intro scenes and I play the few intro missions....

    Hey @BoxMaster10,

    Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Delete Save Data - This will erase your Single Player Saves, but will not affect Mutliplayer

    2. Clear MAC Address - Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear. Do a hard reset on your Console after this.

    3. Uninstall/Reinstall Battlefield V - Do this last if nothing else works.

I let all updates finish installing, deleted saved data for the game and rebooted the console. That seems to have solved it. Thanks
