Can't get past privacy screen OK button

Brand new install. Older computer. I get the "Your computer doesn't meet the minimum specs", i click ok.

Gets into BFV and won't let me click on the OK button on the privacy screen. (See picture)

Things I've tried:

Rebooting

Running BFV as administrator from the desktop

Disabled Origin in-game

Disable Discord, and any other overlay that I could find.

Tried to hit alt-enter to make it go in window mode, and that didn't do anything

Tried command line -W, and -windowed to try and force the issue and that didn't help.

Updating driver (AMD 5500 so there isn't one)

    @evillemiwinks try immediately after starting the game to monitor in the process manager for the presence of a process with a similar name Minimum Hardware check and forcibly terminate it, then return to the game window ...

    hi I'm having the same problem stuck in the privacy screen cant press ok button so what I have to do but please with a short video or screenshots thank you.
